What about the weather?

In case of changes in weather conditions your deposit will be refunded in full or your session will be scheduled to another day according to your preference.

Can I take pictures?
Yes you can take pictures. If coming alone you can ask the instructor to take photos/videos of you. If you have someone coming along with you, s/he can ride on the Jet Ski with the instructor to take videos and photos of you while you are playing for free, Also you have the option to hire one of our professional photographer for extra charges ( Packages available onsite )
What do I need to bring on the trip?
Everyone’s needs are different, but here are our recommendations for what you should bring on your charter:
  • Swimming wear
  • Any form of valid of ID but not necessary
  • Sunscreen
  • Sunglasses
  • Hat
  • Towel
  • Camera
  • Drinks
Should we tip the crew?
It is up to you.
Is there a changing room?
Yes, Showers & Changing rooms are available.
Is there any safety equipment I need to bring?
All safety equipment needed for the sessions we do provide and its included in the charges ( helmets, lifejackets , gloves ,water communication systems )
How high can I go?
Most beginners get out of the water and learn the basic maneuvers at about 2 meters and can get up to about 3 meters on their first try! More experience riders can reach higher.
Are the activities safe?
The board has positive buoyancy and you’re well equipped with a life vest & helmets. Your certified instructor is in control of your height at all times and will provide you all the tips necessary.
What time should I arrive to the location?
Activities Participants are Required to checkin at our center 10-15 min prior the activities scheduled timee.
What are the age and weights limits for Flyboarding?

All riders must be age 12 and above and the maximum weight limit is 100 kgs. Riders under 12 years of age must have a legal parent or guardian sign waiver.

  • For Jetpack, Jetovator and Hoverboard 17 years and above and the maximum weight limit is 100kgs.
    • Where do I go the day of my booking?
    We offer our services from multiple prime locations in dubai, kindly check in the booking confirmation the exact location & Hotel name, Unfortunately if you arrived to another location other than the confirmed location our team will not be able to help you to do your session
    I don’t know how to ride, can I still try it
    Yes you can! Our instructors will be giving you a short lesson and guide you on how to use the device chosen.
    What is your cancellation policy?
    In order to receive a refund on your deposit, notification of cancellation is required 24 hours in advance prior to the activity date. Should you cancel your trip less than 24 hours prior to the activity date, or fail to show up for the scheduled time, the deposit will not be refunded.
    Full Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment except for taxes and bank transfers fees and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
    Is there a deposit?
    Yes. A 100% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
