What happens if the weather conditions prevent my water sports activity from taking place?
We understand that weather can be unpredictable and may sometimes prevent water sports activities from taking place. If the weather conditions do not allow for your scheduled activity to be fulfilled, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule your activity for another available date.
Can I take pictures during my water sports activity?
Is there a changing room?
Yes, we have both showers and changing rooms available for your convenience.
Is there any safety equipment I need to bring?
What time should I arrive at the location?
What are the age and weight limits for Flyboarding, Jetpack, Jetovator, and Hoverboard activities?
For Flyboarding:
Riders must be at least 12 years old.
The maximum weight limit is 100 kg (220 lbs).
Riders under 12 years old must have a legal parent or guardian sign a waiver.
Riders must be at least 17 years old.
I don't know how to ride. Can I still try it?
What is your cancellation policy?
To receive a refund on your deposit, you must notify us of cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity date. If you cancel less than 24 hours before or fail to show up for the scheduled time, the deposit will not be refunded.
Full refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding taxes and bank transfer fees. Refunds typically take 10 to 45 days to process, depending on the issuing bank of your credit card.
